The payment methods we use on our website are:
Eps Transfer
Eps transfer works easily and quickly with any Austrian bank. If you choose eps, you will see a drop-down list where you can select your bank. You will then be redirected to your bank's specific payment page. This payment platform is completely secure. After completing the necessary steps, you will be automatically returned to the order confirmation on our website.
Credit card
Euroflorist offers the possibility to pay with MasterCard, American Express and Visa. Online payment by credit card works as follows: enter the credit card number, expiry date and the 3-digit security code (for American Express this is 4 digits) on the back of the credit card (CVC code) when paying. The amount will be charged directly from your credit card and you can see it on your statement at the end of the month.
Paypal
On our website, you can also pay with Paypal. This payment platform is known worldwide and gives you the option to make the payment within a few clicks on this secure platform. To pay your order with Paypal, simply select Paypal in Step 3 during the order process, fill in all requested details on the page and you'll be redirected to the Paypal website where you can create an account or log in to complete your payment. After completing the payment, you'll be redirected to our webpage with a confirmation of your order.
Pay on account
Payments by invoice are handled by our partner Klarna. This post-pay payment method allows you to pay for your order once the delivery has taken place. You will receive a digital invoice by e-mail within a few days. Fill in your name, address, city, e-mail address and other details and proceed to the payment within 14 days.
For each order by invoice we have a credit check and we reserve the rights to cancel the order in case the details don't meet the safety requirements. When the order is being cancelled you will have enough time to proceed with another payment method.
IMPORTANT: This payment method is only intended for private customers. Corporate customers are advised to register an account on our corporate website.
